The following is planned for the remainder of the first quarter of 2008:

1. Planning committee for TAGC Barcelona 2008 has planned a tentative agenda for the conference. It includes small group meetings of the TAGC Standing Committee as well as a full meeting of TAGC Partners to solidify the organizational plan including mission and initial strategic objectives.

2. TAGC has purchased a subscription to RefWorks, a searchable database for master of science thesis abstracts.....with the intention of promoting cross collaborations among genetic counseling programs internationally. Program directors will be asked to submit master of science thesis abstracts from 2007.

3. Initial bylaws describing TAGC as a non-profit organization has been drafted by a Columbia South Carolina law firm, McNair and Associates. The Standing Committee and TAGC Partners will review, edit and affirm these bylaws at TAGC 2008 Barcelona.
